Larry's primary research goal is to develop and design tangible systems for neuropsychiatric detection and intervention. He seek to apply computational and cognitive modeling methodology to explore cheap, non-invasive measures of neuropsychiatric state, and make psychiatric healthcare more accessible to all. He is also interested in understanding sociological impacts and factors on our collective wellbeing, and how we may more effectively design and develop our society(s) to encourage healthy behavior. Before coming to Indiana University, Larry earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
