Cognitive Science & Complex Networks and Systems

Filip is a second-year Cognitive Science and Complex Networks & Systems PhD student working with Dr. Olaf Sporns in the Computational Cognitive Neuroscience Lab. He takes an interdisciplinary approach to understanding how the brain's structural network organization enables it to balance competing constraints in its functional operation.

He completed his Hon. BSc in 2015 at the University of Toronto, Canada, in Computer Science, Neuroscience and Cognitive Science. He has previously worked in the Computational Linguistics Lab and the Consciousness Studies Lab at the University of Toronto, and the Centre for Computational Medicine at SickKids Hospital in Toronto.
