Bio
Biophysics
Katy Hagen earned a BA from Gustavus Adolphus College with a Physics Major and Neuroscience Minor, and a MS from Indiana University in Physics. She is currently a Biophysics PhD student seeking to learn about information flow in the cortex using organotypic cultures and computational network models. Specifically, she is interested in stimulating cultures to analyze cortical learning under different stimulation conditions.
