Applications for Summer 2022 are now open! Deadline to apply is March 31st at 11:59pm.
The CNS-NRT offers a few summer fellowships every year for those students who wish to join the program as NRT affiliates. These fellowships are reserved for graduate students (masters or PhD) in the Luddy School or College of Arts and Sciences who are not directly supported by the training grant, but whose research is closely related. Affiliates receive summer support of $5,000 to work exclusively on a proposed research project during the summer months, supervised by NRT affiliated faculty. Affiliates are also expected to participate in NRT activities, including colloquia, the Annual Research Showcase, and others.
To be considered, please submit a 1-page research proposal with guidance from your advisor(s) or NRT-affiliated faculty to Selma Sabanovic. It should state how the summer project is related to the interdisciplinary goals of the NRT and a short personal statement of why you wish to be an affiliate of the NRT, and who your faculty advisor(s) will be.
